Be inspired by Jim Ede's pebble displays at Kettles Yard and land artists Andy Goldsworthy and Richard Long. Display your pebbles on a table in a bowl on a shelf or a book case or thread them onto a linen string to create a window/wall hanging for your bathroom or elsewhere in your home.
This kit provides you with a selection of wool tops, wool roving, acrylic filling sufficient to create 5 natural coloured stones between 4-10cm in diameter or 10 tiny pebbles for a wall hanging. It also includes a chunk of olive oil soap, a needle felting needle and a length of linen yarn. Plus a link and password to the comprehensive step by step “how to” video on my website.
You’ll also need old nylon pop sock or tights, access to a bowl of hot water/washing up liquid, kitchen scales if you want to make to the same scale as me! Sharp scissors (if you don't have embroidery scissors a good stand in are nail scissors.
